Questions people ask before we start

How long does it take to see results?
Most single builds go live two to four weeks after we start, tested against your real records first. A Discovery Session is one sitting, and a Roadmap takes one to two weeks. How quickly a build pays for itself depends on the workflow, which is why the first one gets picked by its estimated cost and payoff.
Do I need a technical background to work with AI?
No. You know how your business runs, and that's the part I can't learn from a manual. I handle the integrations, the data work, and the AI setup, and I explain the tradeoffs in business terms. If you have an IT team or an outside MSP, they're involved in access and security from the start.
How do you keep my data private and secure?
Every integration runs on accounts your business owns, with only the access it needs, and you can revoke any of it. Before anything goes live you get a written map of what data moves where and which AI services touch it, on what terms. Sensitive records can stay in your own database, and if your business falls under compliance rules, the build is designed around them.
How much will AI actually help my business?
It depends on where your time and errors go today, and I'd rather show you than throw out a big number. In a Discovery Session we go through your real systems and workflows, estimate the cost and payoff of each opportunity, and rank them. You see those estimates before you spend anything on a build.
Do you also offer traditional SEO services?
